I visited my sister and brother-in-law recently and fell in love with Yoder, Co. (shut it, not Yoda). The stars were close and the sky was clear. She has her usual animal shelter out there with all the dogs and cats (one passed recently). Woke up looking at a Elk across the road, definitely not used to that.

There is come property right next to hers I hope to purchase, I can get it for under 15k I hope. From there I will put a log cabin on the property after all the prerequites are done; Septic, water etc.
